With over a decade dedicated to Kitchen and Bath Design and as a co-owner of RVA Choice, Davy possesses an exceptional depth of knowledge in every aspect of our projects, from design to construction. His impressive 42-year journey through business, manufacturing, and project management has equipped him with invaluable experience that fuels his passion for creating stunning spaces.

Joye Ledford Scheffler proudly shares ownership of the business. Hailing from the heart of southern Ohio, she earned her degree from the University of Richmond. Joye thrives in collaboration with her husband, Davy, and Brian, contributing her exceptional listening abilities, infectious positivity, vibrant energy, and a delightful sense of humor. She finds immense joy in connecting with clients and is dedicated to helping them turn their visions for their kitchens or bathrooms into reality.

Designer/Project Manager has worked as a designer in the kitchen and bath industry for 25 years and manages our computer CAD design initiative. He also manages our showroom sales. As a creative professional, Brian knows exactly how to tie all the elements of kitchens and bathrooms together into a cohesive whole.  

Do not be surprised if Brian wow's with his designs.  He has had years of expeirence designing restaurants, clubs and hotels, so he might think a bit outside the box.
